We are the Western New York Committee of the Professional Football Researchers Association. This committee is responsible with researching pro/semi-pro and amateur football in the Western New York area prior to 1970. Syracuse's first independent football team. Throughout their short existence,
they battled adversity to win multiple championships. The team left a lasting
